SCOPE OF SERVICES Attachment B Bidder's Initials Contractor will furnish all labor, materials necessary to supply heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment, systems, and installation services to the City. AC Rooftop Unit Replacement: Bidder shall provide the equipment, materials and services as delineated below: • Furnish and Replace Two (2) Rooftop AC Units (AC -1 & 2) to match existing capacity • Title 24 Compliant Economizer with Fault Detection Diagnostics • Bacnet control module for new controls • LOTO of existing energy sources, as required • Crane Rigging of new and old equipment • Storage of new equipment up to 1 month • Removal, disposal and haul away of existing equipment to licensed appliance recycler • Condensate tie-in to existing drain lines • Duct transitions from existing ductwork to new unit on supply and return • Duct flex connection on both supply and return of new units • Sheet metal flashing around base of unit and roofing • Structural Engineering for attachment of units to new Curb Transitions as required • Roofing Subcontractor to roof -over new equipment curbs • Pre and post Replacement Air Flow Reading • Straight time labor • Project Management and Supervision • Factory Startup of equipment • Project closeout documentation (Warranty documentation, submittals, IOM's and startup paperwork) Building Automation System: Bidder shall provide the equipment, systems, materials and services as delineated below: • Supply and install a Trane Tracer SC system controller to replace the obsolete Network 8000 hardware (Reuse of TCP enclosure and backplane) • Supply and Install AirFi wireless communication backbone • Retrofit (20) mezzanine VAV zones with new UC210 BACnet VAV hardware (Reuse of existing 24vac and reheat valves and actuators) Each zone shall include: o (1) Programmable BACnet DDC controller Page 6 of 27 441
