<br />INITIATIVES TRACKING REPORT <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY STRATEGIC <br /> <br /> <br />Ongoing. <br />Current: Relocated KIP program to <br />Downtown Library, increasing <br />capacity by 10%. Library staff met <br />with RCSD on continued support <br />for school libraries now that the <br />Librarian position has been cut. <br />Continuing to fund online tutoring <br />services to efficiently expand <br />homework help; ensure that all <br />school/ city homework centers <br />have access. Library is partnering <br />with Fair Oaks, Hoover, Taft <br />schools for shared family literacy <br /> <br />2) Sustain or increase the at-risk <br />teen/elementary student tutoring <br />program; a.nd the after school <br />homework help centers.
