<br />2. The Arts & Crafts Fair and Festival <br />The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on July 4th between 9:00AM to 5:00 PM. The Festival may <br />include: <br />Stage and seating area for live entertainment. <br />A concert provided by college bands that participated in the parade. <br />Information booths provided by parade sponsors, contributors, and community service groups. <br />The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent coordinator. <br />The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected commercial vendors and local <br />community service organizations. <br /> <br />(i18 <br />Attach~~314 <br /> <br />No sale or distribution of any merchandise, food, beverages, or ot.her items in the Festival Area <br />will be conducted without prior written approval of the PCA. <br /> <br />All sales of food and beverages will subject permits issued by the County Health Department and <br />the Redwood City Fire Department (as applicable). <br /> <br />The Festival Area is defined to include the following streets and locations: <br /> <br />Arts & Craft Vendors and community service 2roup Booths <br />Middlefield from Marshall St to Veterans Blvd. <br /> <br />Food Vendor Booths~ public seatin2~ and live entertainment <br />Counter Center from Middlefield to Marshall S1. <br /> <br />Children's Area <br />Bradford St. from MiddlefieId to Jefferson St. <br /> <br />Citv Services Requested (bv Department) <br /> <br />City Mana2er or other applicable Department <br />Allow the PCA exclusive use of the Marshall Street parking lot for Festival vendors from July 3 <br />from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM July 4, and to suspend the payment of parking fees during this time. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation: <br />Open the gates at the Marshall Street parking structure after 1 PM on July 3 and leave open until <br />normal operations on July 5. Use of parking structure on Marshall Street will be designated for <br />Festival vendor parking from July 3 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM July 4 <br /> <br />Public Works: <br />Street sweeping is requested for the Festival area at approximately 7:00 PM after the Festival has <br />closed on July 4. <br /> <br />It is requested that street sweeping in the Festival area not beg;" until 7:00 PM to ai/ow vendors to <br />complete their breakdown and leave the area. <br /> <br />Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Festival areas, and other traffic diversion requirements <br />as determined by the Police Department.
