Ms. Deborah Nelson
City of Redwood City
May 8, 1995
Page 4

· The anticipated cost in today's construction dollars to complete these
improvements.

Potential properties ~hich are benefited by the proposed improvements and
a range of possible a=~sessments based on the Euphrat bond sizing analysis.
We will also summarize commitments contained in existing development
agreements.

· Other potential funding sources.

· Time line for establishing the Assessment District and completing the
improvements.

We anticipate two meetings with C ty staff during preparation of our draft report to obtain
staff input. We are budgeting one revision of the draft report after submittal to Redwood
City staff and receipt of comments.

C. PREPARE CAD BASE MAPS

We will utilize existing CAD data within our files and the City of Redwood City files
and supplement this information, where required, from As~essods plat information
and/or cligitizing from aenal maps to provide CAD t3ase maps of the area generally
benefited by the proposec transportation improvements. This will include the
commercial properties immediately west of U.S. 101 between Ralston Avenue and
Holly Street in Belmont an:l San Carlos. These base maps will be prepared in
schematic form, but with ,,,hough detail to clearly illustrate the improvements
proposed and the areas benefited. Multicolor and variable line thicknesses will be
utilized to provide a planning document which will illustrate features of the map in
layman's terms, so that they can be used by policy makers and other stakeholders
during the outreach and consensus building process. We anticipate the
preparation of three maps ~s follows:

1. CAD base map illustrating:

existing roa~/ay networks,
parcel owner., hip with APN number and/or owner's name,
existing or e'~titted square foot for commercial properties where
known,
