BEGIN OUTREACH AND CONSENSUS BUILDING PROCESS <br /> <br /> We will assist City staff in beginning the outreach and consensus building process. <br /> Currently identified stakeholders, which we recommend early contact with, include: <br /> <br /> ·City of Redwood Cit,,/ <br /> o City of San Carlos <br /> · City of Belmont <br /> · Harbor Industrial Ar~:a Association <br /> · Re0wood Shores Hc,meowners Association <br /> · Redwood Shores B,siness Owners Association <br /> · Island Park Busines~ Owners Association <br /> · Oracle <br /> · Westport <br /> · Electronic Arts. <br /> <br /> Early contact and outreach to these and other affected entities, primarily <br /> commercial building owners would be accomplished through a series of initial <br /> meetings to demonstrate the need for the proposed transportation system <br /> improvements and outline t~ose improvements which are proposed. We feel this <br /> should be undertaken prior to any attempt to assign benefit and financial <br /> responsibility for the imprcvements. We will need to work closely with staff to <br /> establish the format aha audience at these various meetings. For budgeting <br /> purposes, we have allowec 100 staff hours to begin this process including: <br /> <br /> <br />
