The proposal is <br />to de~oli~h the exi~ting duplex~9A_~ingle family residence and construct 14 two-story <br />detached>~ipgie familYdhomes, atiNo-story duplex (2 units), and eight three-story <br />attached town Domes for ai total of 24 dwelling units on a 1.54 acre site. The site <br />consists of twoip~r~ls tO~,f'I"l~pged into one Jot and then subdivided into 24 lots with a <br />common space paf"P~1. The development is served by a private road with two driveway <br />accesses along Kentfield A~enue. <br /> <br />The prQPpsed projept consists of for-purchase residences. The residences comprise of <br />approxirT1at~ly 2,000 square foot single-family homes, 1,700 square foot duplex units, <br />and 1, 700>square foot and 2,200 square foot townhouses. The townhouse units <br />include two flOor plans: 1) two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a bonus <br />room, and 2' three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The single-family homes <br />are proposed to be approximately 28'-0" high, the townhouses are proposed to be <br />approximately 32'.0" and 34'-0" high, and the duplex buildings are proposed to be <br />approximately 27'-0" high. A total of 54 parking spaces are provided including 40 <br />garage parking spaces and 14 surface parking spaces. <br /> <br />The relatively flat, 1.54 acre (67,067 square foot) site, is located in the Palm Park <br />Neighborhood in Redwood City and presently has an existing single family residence, a <br />duplex structure, and several sheds.
