A water main shall be placed down the middle of the driveway with lateral <br />extensions for each home, due to the lack of a loop to the water supply network. <br />Water meters shall be provided at each residence. <br />. The existing residence and duplex shall be demolished prior to the Tentative <br />Parcel Map being finalized. <br /> <br />21. Where a Planned Development Permit has not been used within one (1) year from <br />the date of granting, either by beginning of construction of the improvements or by <br />the initiation of the activity which is the subject of the Permit, said Permit shall <br />automatically terminate and be of no further effect.
