The ARC unanimously approved the project on March <br />24, 2009. <br /> <br />Parkinq Analvsis <br />The project includes 24 residential units with a total of 48 on-site parking spaces. A total <br />of 48 parking stalls are proposed. At least one covered stall per unit is provided. The <br />Off-Street Parking and Loading Chapter, Article 30 of the Zoning Ordinance requires 54 <br />spaces of which 48 spaces are required for the residential units and six spaces are <br />required for guest parking. This proposal includes a request for an exception for six <br />guest parking spaces. However, additional shared/guest parking spaces can be <br />
