To encourage greater variety <br /> <br />and quality design in the general streetscape by prescribing <br /> <br />fence and landscape regulations which will improve the <br /> <br />overall appearance of individual properties, neighborhoods, <br /> <br />and the City. <br /> <br />"Section 36.2. <br /> <br />Fence Permit. <br /> <br />All fences and walls <br /> <br />exceeding three feet in height require a fence permit prior <br /> <br />to construction. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful to erect, construct, <br /> <br />or maintain a fence or wall exceeding three feet in height <br /> <br />without first having obtained a fence permit therefor. <br /> <br />Every application for a fence permit shall be on forms <br /> <br />3 <br />
