<br />SWC:sl1 <br />SWC:d <br /> <br />6/18/87 (#6) <br />7/20/87RR <br /> <br />provided by the <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />shall be <br /> <br />accompanied by the appropriate information and filing fee. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator shall issue the fence permit if he <br /> <br />finds the proposed fence complies with all the requirements <br /> <br />of this section. <br /> <br />"Section 36.3. <br /> <br />Fence Requirements. <br /> <br />All fences and <br /> <br />walls located in any district, unless otherwise noted, shall <br /> <br />be subject to the following height and location restrictions <br /> <br />(also refer to Section 36.7). <br /> <br />"a. Interior Lots: <br />"(1) All solid fences located in the required <br />front yard shall not exceed 3 feet in height. <br /> <br />" (2) All open decorative fences and combination <br />solid/open decorative fences located in the <br />required front yard shall not exceed 5 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />"(3) All fences regardless of type, located within <br />the required side and rear yards, shall not <br />exceed 7 feet in height. <br /> <br />"b. Corner Lots: Front, Rear, and Interior Side Yard. <br /> <br />"(1) All solid fences located in the required <br />front yard shall not exceed 3 feet in height. <br /> <br />"(2) All open decorative fences and combination <br />solid/open decorative fences located in the <br />required front yard shall not exceed 5 feet <br />in height. <br /> <br />"(3) All fences, regardless of type, located <br />wi thin the required interior side and rear <br />yards, shall not exceed 7 feet in height. <br /> <br />"c. Corner Lots: Side Yard Adjacent to Street. <br /> <br />"(1) All non-decorative fences shall be no higher <br />than 6 feet and shall be set back at least 10 <br />feet from the property line. The setback <br />area shall not be surfaced with asphalt, <br />concrete, or other similar paving material <br />except for driveways or walkways. <br /> <br />4 <br />
