The voting <br /> delega�e card may be transferred freely be�veen the voting delegate and alternates, but <br /> only be�tw�een the voting delegate and aiternates. If the voting delegate and alternates find <br /> themselves unable to attend the Business Meeting, they may not transfer the voting card <br /> to another city officiai. <br /> • Seating Protocol during General Assembiy. At the Business Meeting, individuals with <br /> the voting card will sit in a separate area. Admission to tlus area will be Iimited to those <br /> individuals with a special sticker on their name badge ident�fying them as a voting delegate <br /> or alternate. If the vofing delegate and altemates wish to sit together,they must si�;n in at <br /> the Vo�ing Delegate Desk and obtain the special sticker on�heir badges. <br /> The Voting lJelegate�Desk, located in the eonference registration area of the San Jose <br /> Convention Center, will be open at the following times: Wednesday, September Ib, 10:�0 a.m.; <br /> Thursday, September 1'7, 7:30 a.rn.; and September 1$, 7:3��a.m. The�Joting Delegate Desk <br /> will also be open at the Business Meeting,but not during a roll cail vote, should one be <br /> undertaken. <br /> The voting procedu.res that will be used at the conference are attached to this memo.
