The attachment, execution or other judiciaf seizure of subs#antialEy <br /> al( of Lessee's asse#s facated at the Premises or of Lessee's <br /> , interest in th�s Agreement. <br /> (g} L.essee acknowledges that Lessor has executed this Agreement in <br /> refiance on the financial information furnished by Lessee to Lessor as to <br /> Lessee's financial condition. If it is determined at any time subsequent to <br /> fihe date of this Agreement that any of th� financial information furnished <br /> by Lessee and relied upon by Lessor in executing #his Agreement is <br /> subs#antially untrue or inaccurate, Lessee shafl be deemed to be in <br /> defaulfi under tl�is Agreement, which default shall not be subject to cure, <br /> and which shall entitle Lessor to exercise ai! remedies rese�ved to Lessor <br /> under this Agreement or otherwise avai[able to Lessor at law. <br /> �h) Failure to abide by any local, state, or Federaf gavernrnental laws or <br /> regulations. <br /> 33.
