Addressing the noise impacts raised $1,430 <br />. during the seoping meeting, including analyzing the noise amplification <br />effects of the can on on residents across the valle from the ro" ect site. <br /> <br />Task 3 <br /> <br />Task 3 includes the preparation of the DEIR, and work on this task has not yet begun.
