Notice of Completion: MHA I RMT will prepare the Notice of <br />Completion (NOC) to be filed by the City with the State Qearinghouse and, as <br />appropriate, to be ,made available locally and regionally. <br /> <br />Element 4: Administrative Final EIR, Finat EIR,Mitlgation Monitoring and Reporting.:Program, <br />,and CEQA Findings, ' <br /> <br />MHAl RMT will prepare a Final EIR that includes responses to comments received on <br />the Draft EIR, a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), and a CEQA <br />Findings document for the project. <br /> <br />IDement 4.1. Prepare Administrative Final ElK, MMRP, and CEQA Findings: <br />MHA I RMT will prepare an Administrative Final EIR, including responses to <br />comments received on the Draft EIR, necessary revisions to the EIR (setting, <br />analyses, or mitigation measures) 'in the form of errata, and a MMRP. The MMRP <br />will be the eventual instruction set for monitoring implementation of mitigation <br />measures identified in the EIR. The Administrative Final ElR and Mlv.1RP win be <br />prepared in accordance with CEQA. <br /> <br />MHA I RMT will also prepare Administrative Findings for Certification pf the Final <br />Em and, if warranted, Statements of Overriding Considerations for approval of the <br />proposed project. MHA I RMT 'anticipates that the City Attorney or the Assistant <br />City Attorney would participate in preparation of the Administrative Findings and <br />Statem~ts of Overriding Considerations. <br /> <br />The Administrative Final EIR, MMRP, and Findings will be submitted to City staff <br />for review and ,comment. The Administrative Final EIR will not include a reprint of <br />the Draft EIR. <br /> <br />Element 4.2. Prepare Final EIR, MMRP, and CEQA Findings: MHAIRMT will <br />prepare the Final EIR, Mlv.1RP, and CEQA findings that will incorporate the Gty <br />staff's comments on the Administrative Final EIR, MMRP, and CEQA Findings. The <br />Final EIR will not include a reprint of the Draft EIR. <br /> <br />Element 4.3. Notice of Determination: If the project is approved, MHA I RMT will <br />prepare the Notice of Determination (NOD) to be filed by the City with the County <br />Clerk and, if warranted, with the State ae~ringhouse and, ,as appropriate, to be <br />made available by the City regionally and lOCally.
