Concerns regarding the proposed demolition of the "Secondary School" building and Page 3 <br />the installation of four modular classrooms. <br /> <br />Once the appeal was filed with the City Clerk, the applicant (WHCA) was notified. Upon <br />notification, staff informed the applicant that the existing interim measures would remain <br />in place until a final decision is rendered by the City Council. <br /> <br />Analysis <br />The Zoning Administrator has provided additional analysis of the findings with respect to <br />the appellants' issues. Refer to Attachment 6 for further details regarding the Zoning <br />Administrator's responses to the appeal and justification for approval of the Use Permit. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />. Uphold the appeal, thereby overturning the decision of the Zoning Administrator <br />granting the Use Permit request. This action would result in the closure of the <br />Woodside Hills Christian Academy with the church use remaining. <br /> <br />.
