<br />6.1A <br />Page 11 <br />enter the subject property from the Connecticut Street entrance, continue north along the west <br />side of the church sanctuary, utilize the designated pick-up and drop-off area for all students <br />and/or children located at the northwesterly comer of the property fronting the church, and exit <br />right-turn only onto Euclid Avenue. <br /> <br />33. All students and/or children shall be dropped-off and picked-up at the designated pick-up and <br />drop-off area (see Exhibit 2 attached hereto). <br /> <br />34. Employees and students driving to and/or from the subject property shall park their vehicles in the <br />parking stalls located on the subject property. <br /> <br />35. Within thirtv (30) calendar davs of the this Notice of Official Action, the applicant shall submit a <br />revised parking and site circulation plan that conforms to all applicable regulations including <br />minimum parking stall dimensions and aisle widths. <br /> <br />36. The parking lot shall not be used as a playground. Such outdoor activities shall be limited to the <br />permanent playground as identified in the project plans as well as the front court yard located <br />between the Church Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall (please refer to Condition No. 22 and Exhibit <br />2). <br /> <br />37. No temporary or permanent play structures shall be erected in the parking lots. <br /> <br />38. The applicant maintains four (4) buses for use by the Church to provide transportation assistance <br />to those congregation members requiring transportation assistance from their respective homes to <br />attend weekend church services. The use of said buses for the school and/or child care facility <br />shall be subject to review and approval by the Zoning Administrator prior to their use. <br /> <br />39. The four (4) buses shall be parked along the northeasterly corner of the property when not in use <br />(see Exhibit 2 attached hereto). <br /> <br />40. The engines of buses shall not be continuously running/idling and shall be turned off when not in <br />use. <br /> <br />41. As currently proposed, the swinging gates proposed at the Connecticut Street entrance to the <br />subject property do not provide the minimum back-up distance required for the two (2) proposed <br />parking stalls abutting the driveway entrance. Therefore, as part of the revised parking and site <br />circulation plan required in Condition of Approval No. 25, the applicant shall submit revised plans <br />that conform to all applicable requirements including, but not limited to, minimum parking stall <br />dimensions, aisle widths and vehicular back-up distances. <br /> <br />Site Desian and Aesthetics <br />42. The use of modular classrooms is approved in concept as it relates to the student capacity that is <br />approved under this Use Permit. However, final approval of the number, location, design, <br />aesthetics, and size shall be subject to the review of detailed plans prepared by a licensed <br />architect. The plans shall include architectural details, detailed landscaping plans and a complete <br />code analysis for all uses approved under this Use Permit. Said plans shall be subject to review <br />by the Architectural Review Committee and approval by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to the <br />requirements of an Architectural Permit. <br /> <br />43. In the event that new exterior lighting is proposed, the applicant shall submit a Lighting Plan for <br />review and approval by Planning Services. The Lighting Plan shall include cut sheets for each <br />fixture and a photometric site plan. The effects of lighting shall not spill off the property and shall <br />not produce glare visible from off-site locations. <br /> <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />
