Liabi�ity Insurance and Automobile <br /> Liability Insurance, City, its officers, agents, volunteers and emp�oyees will <br /> be named as addifional insureds. <br /> �1.2.2 Consultant will obtain vccurrence coverage, excluding Professional <br /> Liabi�ity, which will be written as claims-made coverage. <br /> 11.2.3 This insurance wil[ be in force during the iifie of the Agreement and <br /> any extensions of it and will not be canceled without thirty (3�} days prior <br /> wri�fien nofiice to City sent pursuant to the Notice provisions of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 11.3 Pro�iding Certificates of lnsurance and Endorsernents. Prior to Ci#y's <br /> execution of this Agreement, Consultant will furnish certificates of insurance and <br /> endorsements to City. <br /> 1�.4 Failure to Maintain Co�erape. !f Consu�tant fails to maintain any of these <br /> insurance co�erages, then Cifiy will have the option to declare Gonsultant in <br /> breacn, or may purchase replacement insurance or pay the premiums #hat are <br /> due on existing pol�cies in order to maintain the required coverages. Consultant <br /> is responsib�e for any payments made by City to obtain or maintain insurance <br /> and City may collect t#�ese payments from Consulfant or deduc� #he amount paid <br /> from any sums due Consul�ant under this Agreement. <br /> 11.5 Submission of fnsu�ance Pvlicies.
