The Gouncil may take any of the fo�lowing ac#ions: <br /> • Deny the request to eva�uate a potential General Plan Amendment, thereby retaining <br /> the existing fand use designations as Urban Reserve and 4pen Space; <br /> • Deiay the initiat�on of the process to e�aluate a potential General Plan Amendmen# <br /> until comp{etion of the New General Plan, after which the City could begin evaluation <br /> of the potential �eneral Plan Amendment and the Saltworks de�elopment proposal; <br /> � Initiate �he process for Evalu�ting a potential General Plan Amen�ment and thereb� <br /> direct staff to proceed with fihe study of the development proposai. <br /> FlSCAL IMPACT - <br /> The development proposal is subject to the Redwood City Planning Services cost <br /> recovery system; hence, the applicant has submitted an initial deposit to cover the cost <br /> o# staff time needed for re�iewing the development proposal.
