<br />incorporated as part of the communications and contractual agreements with the <br />selected consultant team members after August 10th. <br /> <br />Item Five: Support Services After the August 10th City Council Meeting. <br />Following the August 10th hearing with the City Council, the Consultant will work <br />with the City in formalizing the application review process including the <br />organizational chart, the consultant team structure, the consultant team <br />contractual agreements, working strategy with OMS, assignments of team <br />members to specific plan evaluation topics, and a preliminary schedule for <br />moving forward. The Consultant will make necessary adjustments to the process <br />as directed by the City Council and OMS, and in collaboration with the City <br />Manager and staff. Deliverables will include the finalized Organizational Chart, <br />Process Description, agreed upon first level of consultant team members, and <br />contractual agreements to the Consultant with each of these consultant team <br />members. <br /> <br />Item Six: Meetings, Communications and Coordination. To insure adequate <br />coordination between the Consultant and the City, the Consultant proposes to be <br />in regular weekly communications through emails, telephone, faxes and mail with <br />the City Manager and his staff. In addition, the Consultant proposes the following <br />minimum set of meetings in Redwood City: <br />. Initial start up meetings with the City Manager and staff during the <br />week of July 5th <br />. Initial introduction to the project with OMS <br />. Work session with City Manager and staff during the week of July <br />2ih <br />. Conference call before August 10th (As required) <br />. Attendance at the August 10th meeting (As required) <br />. Follow-up work session with City Manager and Staff immediately <br />after August 10th City Council meeting <br />.
