The Chair may select a designee to serve on his/her behalf. 3.1.2 The Board of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs shall set policy for the use of the WBISS West Bay Region Node. 3.2 West Bay Region Node Technology Committee: The Board of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs shall appoint a representative from each Member Agency to serve on the Technology Committee. These Technology Committee Members will serve at the sole discretion of the Board of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs. This Technology Committee will implement the policies as set forth by the Board of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs.
