The Chair may select a designee to serve on <br />his/her behalf. <br /> <br />3.1.2 The Board of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs shall set policy for the use <br />of the WBISS West Bay Region Node. <br /> <br />3.2 West Bay Region Node Technology Committee: The Board of Police <br />Chiefs and Sheriffs shall appoint a representative from each Member <br />Agency to serve on the Technology Committee. These Technology <br />Committee Members will serve at the sole discretion of the Board of <br />Police Chiefs and Sheriffs. This Technology Committee will implement <br />the policies as set forth by the Board of Police Chiefs and Sheriffs.
