<br />I~ <br />II- <br />BkF <br /> <br />APPROACH <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A - SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Task 2b. <br /> <br />Supplemental Survey <br /> <br />Existing survey from the County LiDAR 2-foot contour AutoCAD drawing, County field <br />survey of levee crest edge of pavement, City of San Carlos AutoCAD drawings will be <br />used as a background for construction documents. Supplemental field survey will be <br />performed for the segments within the City of San Carlos on both sides of the airport. <br /> <br />Task 2c. <br /> <br />Preliminary Construction Documents <br /> <br />Preliminary construction documents will be prepared for the improvements to the levee. <br />We assume drawings will be at 100-scale. The plans will utilize existing City standard <br />details as appropriate. Caltrans and "Green Book" standard details will be used where City <br />standard details are not appropriate. Technical specifications will be provided separately <br />from the plans, as appropriate. The City will prepare the general specifications and include <br />the technical specifications into one specification book. <br /> <br />Design review meetings are included for the 80% submittals. Construction cost updates <br />will be provided for this submittal. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />80% Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimates will be provided to the City. <br /> <br />Task 2d. <br /> <br />Incorporate City Comments and Provide 1000/0 Submittal <br /> <br />City comments will be incorporated into a 100% Submittal that includes Plans and an <br />Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. Specifications will be included on the <br />plans as needed. <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />Three (3) copies of Full Size 100% Plans.
