• Evaluation methodologies and outcomes <br />• Summary of LTS analysis based on C/CAG's Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian <br />Plan <br />• List identifying up to ten pedestrian focus areas with evaluation results <br />• Summary of collision factors and characteristics <br />• List of active transportation barriers in Redwood City <br />• List of existing traffic safety education, encouragement, and engagement <br />programs and policies <br />• Existing Conditions slide deck suitable for agency and stakeholder presentations <br />with graphics and maps showing the results <br />Task 4- Community Outreach <br />Community outreach efforts for the Citywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and <br />Vision Zero Action Plan, will be used for three main purposes: <br />• Supplement the findings from Task 2 (Data Collection) and Task 3 (Existing <br />Conditions Analyses), in order to develop a stronger understanding of needs, <br />concerns, challenges, barriers, hazards and other deficiencies, as well as to <br />generate ideas, suggestions and opportunities for both general and location - <br />specific improvements. <br />• Identify, formulate and recommend projects and other improvements to create a <br />network that will make biking and walking in Redwood City easier, safer, and more <br />popular than ever. These improvements will include an improved citywide bikeway <br />network (Task 8); enhancements at key pedestrian areas (Task 8); and Vision <br />Zero -oriented actions, countermeasures, capital projects and non -capital <br />programs (Tasks 5-6 and 8-9). <br />• Evaluate, score and prioritize projects based on community need and support <br />(Tasks 6 and 9). <br />Contractor shall develop a bilingual (English/Spanish) community engagement strategy <br />for this project. The outreach strategy shall consider the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The <br />outreach strategy shall include online options but also give the opportunity to people who <br />don't have access to online tools to participate in the planning process.
