Consultant shall develop all necessary workshop materials and Spanish speaker staff from the Consultant team shall be present in this workshop. City will coordinate with neighborhood associations and other community organization to inform the public about this workshop. Task 4.8. Summary of Community Outreach Efforts Consultant shall develop a second slide deck and document and summarize all the community outreach activities that were conducted, including the workshops, surveys, pinnable map, project website, presentations to elected officials, and other methods and tools. Critical elements of the slide deck summary shall be incorporated into the Draft Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and Vision Zero Action Plan documents. The full contents of the slide deck could be included as an attachment. BASE DELIVERABLES: • Draft and final versions of the Outreach Plan memorandum • Summary of comment results from related planning efforts • Presentation materials and other meeting support for up to two (2) City Council or Council sub -committee meetings • Online tools: Project website content, pinnable map, e -newsletters content and draft social media posts and announcements • All necessary materials for the community workshops: agendas, presentations, handouts, posters, comment sheets, summary notes • Two (2) online surveys • Community outreach summary slide deck suitable for agency and stakeholder presentations with graphics and maps showing the outcomes Task 4.9. Plan Fact Sheets (Optional3) At the launch of the project, Consultant shall create English and Spanish language fact sheets (draft and final versions). The fact sheet will provide key information about the project. Task 4.10. Stakeholder Meetings (Optional) If needed, Consultant shall attend and help City staff present at up to two (2) stakeholder meetings, whether virtually or in-person, and develop all necessary presentation materials.
