Transportation Advisory Committee Meeting (Optional) If needed, Consultant shall attend and help City staff present at up to two (2) virtual or in- person Transportation Advisory Committee meetings to share and receive feedback on key steps in the project development process. Consultant shall develop the presentation materials. Task 4.12. Vision Zero Task Force Meeting (Optional) If needed, Consultant shall attend and help City staff present at up to two (2) virtual or in- person Vision Zero Task Force meetings to share and receive feedback on key steps in the project development process. Task 4.13. Community Events (Optional) If the current pandemic situation changes in future, Consultant shall attend up to two (2) community events or pop-up to solicit feedback on the recommended projects and programs, and the community priority. Task 4.14. Outreach to School District and/or Redwood City 2020 (Optional) If needed, Consultant shall attend and present at up to two (2) virtual or in-person meetings the Redwood City School District and Redwood City 2020. The purpose of the meetings will primarily be to collect input on bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure needs near schools. OPTIONAL DELIVERABLES (IF SELECTED): • Plan fact sheets, draft and final, in English and Spanish • Presentations and handouts for up to two (2) stakeholder meetings • Presentation materials for up to two (2) Transportation Advisory Committee meetings • Presentation materials for up to two (2) Vision Zero Task Force meetings • Boards, posters, and other presentation materials for up to two (2) community events • Presentation materials for up to two (2) meetings of the Redwood City School District and Redwood City 2020 REV: 03-04-21 PR ATTY/AGR.2021.047/Fehr & Peers (Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan and Vision Zero Action P) (Page 22 of 31)
