<br />Wagstaff and Associates <br />City of Redwood City <br />June 26, 2009 <br /> <br />Contract Exhibit "A" <br />New Downtown Precise Plan EIR <br />Page 2-2 <br /> <br />· proposed (new) precise plan strategies and actions, <br /> <br />· proposed (new) precise plan development regulations, <br /> <br />· anticipated precise plan development scenario, <br /> <br />· required jurisdictional approvals, and <br /> <br />· intended uses of the (new) program EIR <br /> <br />1.3 New Notice of PreDaration <br /> <br />A new administrative draft NOP will be prepared to describe the City's intent to prepare a new <br />EIR in response to the Court judgment. The NOP will describe the concerns to be addressed in <br />the EIR, including the Court-identified concerns (e.g., aesthetics/shadow, historic resources, <br />and alternative sites). Five (5) copies of the administrative draft new NOP will be delivered to <br />City staff for review prior to public release. <br /> <br />Based on City staff comments on the Administrative Draft NOP, a public release version of the <br />NOP will be prepared. One (1) camera-ready copy and/or PDF of the public release version will <br />be delivered to City staff. City staff will be responsible for reproducing and circulating the NOP. <br /> <br />1.4 New ScoDina Meetina <br /> <br />Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15082(c)(1) and 15206, a new public scoping meeting will <br />be required for the EIR, to be held by the Planning Commission. The EIR Principal-in-Charge <br />and/or Project Manager will attend the scoping meeting to assist City staff in presenting and <br />soliciting input on the proposed new EIR, scope, preparation process and schedule. <br /> <br />1.5 New Data Collection and Review <br /> <br />Pertinent new background material related to the DPP revision available since completion of the <br />2007 EIR, including new General Plan background materials from City staff, September 2007 <br />historic resources documentation compiled by Circa, additional shadow analysis materials <br />prepared by City staff, etc., will be collected and reviewed. <br /> <br />TASK 2. UPDATED SETTING, IMPACTS AND MITIGATION DESCRIPTIONS <br /> <br />The following subtasks will be completed by the EIR consultant team to provide updated setting, <br />impacts and mitigations descriptions.
