<br />Wagstaff and Associates <br />City of Redwood City <br />June 26, 2009 <br /> <br />Contract Exhibit "A" <br />New Downtown Precise Plan EIR <br />Page 2-8 <br /> <br />· the "Setting" section will be updated as necessary to be consistent with related new General <br />Plan background data; <br /> <br />· the "Pertinent Plans and Policies" section will be revised to include a listing of pertinent <br />policies pertaining to biological resources from both the current 1990 Strategic General Plan <br />and the new General Plan; and <br /> <br />· the "Impacts and Mitigation Measures" section will be updated as necessary to be consistent <br />with the new General Plan Draft EIR. <br /> <br />2.13 Geoloav and Soils (Wagstaff and Associates) <br /> <br />The 2007 EI R Geology and Soils chapter will be updated as follows: <br /> <br />· the "Setting" section will be updated as necessary to be consistent with related new General <br />Plan background data; <br /> <br />· the "Pertinent Plans and Policies" section will be revised to include a listing of pertinent <br />policies pertaining to geology and soils from both the City's 1990 Strategic General Plan and <br />the new General Plan; and <br /> <br />· the "Impacts and Mitigation Measures" section will be updated as necessary to be consistent <br />with the new General Plan Draft EIR. <br /> <br />2.14 Proiect Consistency with Local and Reaional Plans (Wagstaff and Associates) <br /> <br />The 2007 EIR chapter on Project Consistency with Local and Regional Plans will be revised as <br />follows: <br /> <br />· the section on "Project Consistency with Pertinent General Plan Policies" will be revised to <br />include the 2007 EIR references to the City's 1990 Strategic General Plan, and references <br />to the City's new General Plan. <br /> <br />2.15 CEQA-Reauired Assessment Conclusions (Wagstaff and Associates) <br /> <br />The 2007 EIR CEQA-Required Assessment Conclusions chapter, including the discussions of <br />growth inducing effects, significant unavoidable impacts, irreversible environmental change, <br />cumulative impacts, and effects found not to be significant, will be revised as necessary to <br />incorporate the new EIR findings. In particular, given the Court judgment, the 2007 EIR findings <br />regarding identified unavoidable significant adverse impacts will be revised and expanded as <br />necessary to clearly indicate that implementation of the project (DPP) would result in a <br />potentially significant unavoidable adverse impact on one or more historic resources. <br /> <br />Any differences in significant unavoidable impact conclusions or any other CEQA-required <br />assessment conclusions between the 2007 EIR and new DPP EIR, and their responsiveness to <br />Court-identified concerns, will be summarized. <br /> <br />2.16 Alternatives to the ProDosed Action <br /> <br />The 2007 EI R version of this chapter will be revised as follows: <br /> <br />C:IWDIPROPOSALSI0807\rev-ex-a\0807 rev ex-a. doc <br />
