Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 <br />Annual Action Plan, to allocate $642,288 in CDBG Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) <br />funding, made available through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, <br />and Economic Security (CARES) Act to the City's COVID-19 Emergency <br />Assistance Program, COVID-19 Childcare Provider Assistance Program and the <br />planning and administration of CDBG-CV, and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute all related documents; and <br />2. By motion, authorizing the City Manager to approve programmatic changes <br />to the City's COVID-19 Emergency Assistance Program and COVID-19 Childcare <br />Provider Assistance Program. <br />The motion passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />8.B.
