7.A. - Page 3 of 101 <br />Housing, economic development and public facility improvement activities are on a one-yearfunding cycle <br />and must apply for funding every fiscal year. The City issued a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for <br />these activities on December 4, 2020. The City only received one eligible CDBG application - an economic <br />development activity from Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center. The City received zero applications for <br />HOME funding. <br />On March 23, 2021, the HHCC held a public hearing and made CDBG and HOME funding <br />recommendations.
