activities. Consultant shall obtain drilling permits from San Mateo County for <br />the remediation injection work, which shall include, but is not limited to, three <br />separate permits for: 1) emplacement of the PRB; 2) injection activities in the <br />"D" Wells area, and 3) injection activities in the "E" Wells area. <br />b. Task 2.2 - Utilities & Mobilization <br />Consultant shall mobilize resources for oversight of remediation activities and <br />conduct utilities mark -out in the site work zones where injection remediation <br />activities will be conducted, which includes, but is not limited to, a surveyor <br />to mark and record injection probe grids and a utility locating contractor to <br />check for utilities in the vicinity of the planned probe locations. <br />C. Task 2.3 - Emplacement of Permeable Reactive Barrier (PRB) <br />During the remediation contractor's emplacement of the PRB, i.e., <br />completion of injection probes within the PRB area, Consultant shall be <br />present on-site full-time to provide oversight of the contractor's work and to <br />document the completion of activities in accordance with the RDIP. It is <br />estimated the work within the PRB area will be completed in 3 weeks. <br />d. Task 2.4 - Injection in the "E" Wells Area <br />Consultant shall be present onsite full-time to observe the contractor's work <br />within the "E" Wells area and to document the completion of activities in <br />accordance with the RDIP. It is estimated the work within the "E" Wells area <br />will be completed in 3 weeks. <br />e. Task 2.5 - Injection in the "D" Wells Area <br />Consultant shall be present onsite full-time to observe the contractor's work <br />within the "D" Wells area, and to document the completion of activities in <br />accordance with the RDIP. It is estimated the work within the "D" Wells area <br />will be completed in 8 weeks. <br />f. Task 2.6 - Site Restoration & Demobilization <br />Following the contractor's completion of injection remediation activities in all <br />site areas, Consultant shall oversee the contractor's efforts in restoring site <br />conditions. This may include, but is not limited to, activities such as patching <br />the asphalt or concrete in probe areas and cleaning site surfaces in work <br />areas. Demobilization shall include observation of the contractor's removal <br />of all equipment, vehicles, supplies, and materials from the site and will <br />denote the completion of the contractor's work. <br />g. Task 2.7 - Remedial Completion and Progress Reports <br />Consultant shall prepare a draft Remedial Action Completion Report (RACR) <br />to document the observation of contractor's activities, conformance with the <br />RDIP, and any variances from the RDIP scope, indicating the reason(s) for <br />any variances. <br />REV: 05-07-2021 MI <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.102/Groundwater and Environmental Services, Inc.
