activities. Consultant shall obtain drilling permits from San Mateo County for the remediation injection work, which shall include, but is not limited to, three separate permits for: 1) emplacement of the PRB; 2) injection activities in the "D" Wells area, and 3) injection activities in the "E" Wells area. b. Task 2.2 - Utilities & Mobilization Consultant shall mobilize resources for oversight of remediation activities and conduct utilities mark -out in the site work zones where injection remediation activities will be conducted, which includes, but is not limited to, a surveyor to mark and record injection probe grids and a utility locating contractor to check for utilities in the vicinity of the planned probe locations. C. Task 2.3 - Emplacement of Permeable Reactive Barrier (PRB) During the remediation contractor's emplacement of the PRB, i.e., completion of injection probes within the PRB area, Consultant shall be present on-site full-time to provide oversight of the contractor's work and to document the completion of activities in accordance with the RDIP. It is estimated the work within the PRB area will be completed in 3 weeks. d. Task 2.4 - Injection in the "E" Wells Area Consultant shall be present onsite full-time to observe the contractor's work within the "E" Wells area and to document the completion of activities in accordance with the RDIP. It is estimated the work within the "E" Wells area will be completed in 3 weeks. e. Task 2.5 - Injection in the "D" Wells Area Consultant shall be present onsite full-time to observe the contractor's work within the "D" Wells area, and to document the completion of activities in accordance with the RDIP. It is estimated the work within the "D" Wells area will be completed in 8 weeks. f. Task 2.6 - Site Restoration & Demobilization Following the contractor's completion of injection remediation activities in all site areas, Consultant shall oversee the contractor's efforts in restoring site conditions. This may include, but is not limited to, activities such as patching the asphalt or concrete in probe areas and cleaning site surfaces in work areas. Demobilization shall include observation of the contractor's removal of all equipment, vehicles, supplies, and materials from the site and will denote the completion of the contractor's work. g. Task 2.7 - Remedial Completion and Progress Reports Consultant shall prepare a draft Remedial Action Completion Report (RACR) to document the observation of contractor's activities, conformance with the RDIP, and any variances from the RDIP scope, indicating the reason(s) for any variances.
