NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br />incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The Side Letter of Agreement between the City of Redwood City and SEIU <br />regarding Library job description updates and librarian in -charge duties, attached hereto <br />as Exhibit "A", is approved. <br />3. The City's Classification and Salary Plan shall be amended to amend the <br />classifications of Librarian 1/11, Senior Library Assistant, and Library Assistant 1/11 as listed <br />in Exhibit "B", Exhibit "D", and as listed in the full salary plan attached as Exhibit "E", and <br />In -Charge Duties clarified as listed in Exhibit "C". <br />4.
