Contractor will notify the County by January <br />31st of each year the number of bite quarantines <br />handled for the past calendar year, broken down <br />by city, compared to the average number of <br />quarantines for the prior three (3) calendar years <br />and include data on in-home vs. shelter. <br />Contractor will provide statistical information to <br />the Animal Control & Licensing Manager <br />sufficient to allow for completion of the Local <br />Control Rabies Activity Report required by the <br />State of California. The past years rabies <br />information to be provided to the County no later <br />than February 15th of each year. <br />January 31st and February 15th for prior calendar year <br />15. Provide the County with an inventory list of <br />County owned equipment. <br />Prior calendar year upon invoicing for February <br />16. Number of spay/neuter surgeries provided to <br />San Mateo County residents, transfer partners <br />and shelter animals, number of spay/ neuter <br />surgeries provided to residents outside of San <br />Mateo County, divided by category, and total <br />spay/neuter surgeries. <br />Prior calendar year upon invoicing for February <br />17. Humane Investigation report to include <br />number of calls, contacts, notices, citations, and <br />number of cruelty/neglect cases submitted to the <br />District Attorney/City Attorney for prosecution with <br />outcome. <br />Prior calendar year upon invoicing for February <br />18. Number of volunteers, hours and tasks <br />performed. <br />Prior calendar year upon invoicing for February <br />19. Provide the County with an itemized list of all <br />County fees collected. <br />Prior calendar year upon invoicing for February <br />20. Number and type of disaster trainings <br />conducted, both within their organization and with <br />other groups in the County. <br />Prior calendar year upon invoicing for February <br />21.
