Overall direction and project management would be handled by the City of Redwood City, represented by Blake Lyon. Blake \vould provide City expertise in scheduling, information gathering and processing. . Overall assistance for the environmental review process for the Saltworks application would be handled by Hart Howerton and consultant team members (as described below, and as referred to as "HH Team"). Flart Howerton will be responsible for schedule, organizational chart, and overall coordination and advisory services as described in this scope of work. .\nuc MacPhee will act as thc lcad in directing and managing the process \vith Blake Lyon, while Roland J\ berg and Jennifer Lau would provide additional project management, graphics and administrative support. - Legal assistance will continue to be provided by Remy, Thomas, Moose and Manley contained in this contract. Wbit Manley \'\-'ould continue to be the lead in advising the Team on compliance, adequacy and processing issues related to CEQi\ and NEP.i-\ (as applicable) . -Environmental consulting will continue to be handled by Merritt-Smith Consulting under this contract. Dave Smith would be assist in providing advisory services on CEQA/NEPA issues, review, communication strategies and process. . Consulting and ad"1sory services related to coordination \\~th the City, review and analysis of relevant City policies and direction, and (m-going peer review as it relates to the Saltworks development proposal and CEQA process will be handled by V alerie Young under this contract. . Communication will continue to be provided by Data Instincts under separate contract, led by Mark l\fillan. They would be responsible for organizing and implementing the communication strateb>Y for the overall environmental review process.
