The Consultant will review sewage conveyance and treatment documents developed by the applicant. • Groundwater alternative analysis will be provided by Todd Engineers in collaboration with Kennedy /Jenks consultants under this contract. Phyllis Stanin will advise the City on all issues with regard to the Applicant's development of a groundwater alternative. This includes assessment of baseline data, review of technical reports, verification of data and review of the City's Urban Water Management Plan. • Communication will continue to be provided by Data Instincts under separate contract, led by Mark Milian. They are responsible for organizing and implementing the. communication strategy for the overall environmental review process. • Environmental consulting will continue to be handled by Hauge Brueck Associates under separate contract. Andy Hauge and Patricia Collins will be the lead environmental consultants in the preparation and administration of the environmental documentation. Scope of Professional Services We propose to provide the professional services outlined below in three main tasks: Task One - Contract Management and Oversight This scope includes: 1. Coordination, review and oversight of all contracts related to the Saltworks project: We would continue to assist Blake Lyon in providing review and input on all pending and continuing contracts with consultants. 2. Budget management and oversight: We would continue to assist Blake Lyon in compiling, managing and tracking all budgets on the Saltworks project. On a monthly basis, we will provide a summary of all consultant fees, budgets and key deliverables /scope items which occurred in the previous month for City review and use. For purposes of this scope, this includes one budget review meeting every other month with the City and Applicant. 3. Archiving and Data Management - This includes all review and administration of sub - consultant contracts directly contracted to Hart Howerton. In addition, all archiving, coordination of materials and distribution of information as needed to ensure that all consultants and City staff have the most up to date materials and information.
