Structural Plan, Sections, and Details 1 of 2 <br />The 90-percent plans and specifications will be developed by the consultant team and will expand on the 60- <br />percent submittal set to include all remaining design details for the project. All comments received from the 60- <br />percent submittal and Technical Review Meeting will be compiled and responded to in writing and incorporated <br />into the 90-percent submittal by the consultant team. The Opinion of Probable Cost of Construction will be <br />updated and submitted to reflect all work elements associated with the 90-percent design by the consultant team. <br />The 100-percent plans and specifications will be updated by the consultant team based on 90-percent design <br />submittal comments, and include all remaining details and notation required. All 90-percent submittal and <br />Technical Review Meeting comments received will be compiled and responded to in writing by the consultant team. <br />City General Engineering Standards and General Specifications documents, including bid proposal forms, contract <br />documents, and other pertinent documents will be included with the 100-percent (Final) specifications. The <br />Opinion of Probable Cost of Construction will be updated and submitted for the 100-percent (Final) design by the <br />consultant team. <br />Task 5.5 – Provide Bidding Assistance <br />The Consultant will assist the City to hold an on-site pre-bid meeting with potential contractors to discuss key <br />construction elements and respond to questions and assist with development of follow up meeting minutes as <br />required. <br />Deliverables: <br />Bidding Phase Services: Pre-bid meeting site visit, Assist City response to bidder questions <br />Task 6 – Bidding Phase Services <br />Task 6.1 – Provide Bidding and Selection Support <br />The Consultant will assist the City to hold an on-site pre-bid meeting with potential contractors to discuss key <br />construction elements and respond to questions and assist with development of follow up meeting minutes as <br />required.
