REV: 11-23-2021 <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />A.The total not-to-exceed contract amount is Twenty Six Thousand Three <br />Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($26,325) as allocated below. The Contractor <br />may invoice the City with net 30 payment terms once the Scope of Services, <br />which includes cleaning, inspection, and repair services, has been completed <br />for the three water tanks as outlined below. <br />i.Cleaning, Inspection, & Report <br />Contractor will receive a flat-rate total of $11,600 for the cleaning, inspection, and <br />reporting for the three potable water storage tanks identified below.
