FFY’s Project Responsibilities: <br />FFY will serve as the lead agency and fiscal agent for this project, which includes writing the <br />MOU for this project, overseeing the scopes of work of all partners, completing all financial duties, <br />fundraising, grant writing and reporting, and collecting project data. FFY will pay the Consultant <br />$10,000 for consultation, convening facilitation, and capacity development projects. FFY will also: <br />1. Provide management of partners’ grant activities and ensure compliance with grant goals. <br />2. Oversee and assist with program and event coordination and community engagement. <br />3. Lead the coordination and facilitation of partner convenings. <br />4. Lead and coordinate partner staff professional development, technical assistance, and <br />onboarding. <br />5. Manage strategic planning process and annual work plan development. <br />6. Implement collaborative assessments and impact evaluations. <br />7. Lead the development and implement collaborative leadership structures and roles (i.e., <br />working groups, project leads). <br />8. Provide the training, consultation, and materials to RCT staff as needed to complete their <br />scope of work. <br />9. Track and assist with partner referrals, resource navigation, and resource sharing. <br />III. Consultant’s Project Responsibilities: <br />The Consultant has the following project responsibilities as part of this MOU: <br />1. Provide consultation and community stakeholder data for WHY Initiative’s strategic <br />planning process: <br />a. Active Participation in the strategic planning steering committee with Learning <br />for Action (LFA) and FFY (14 hours by November 30, 2021). <br />Attend 7 steering committee meetings between July 2021 through <br />November 2021 to design the strategic planning sessions, stakeholder <br />engagement, and community roundtable. <br />b. Synthesize community data and stakeholder feedback to develop an <br />Environmental Scan which will help guide strategic planning (14 hours, by <br />August 6, 2021): <br />Gather relevant data on both community needs and priorities from: <br />The most recently completed NFO/ Redwood City COVID-19 <br />Needs Assessment <br />CCCS NFO/Redwood City Neighborhood Action Plan <br />Redwood City Strategic Plan <br />Deliverable: Data comparison “crosswalk” table demonstrating <br />community needs and goals in alignment with WHY Initiative <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.264/Friends for Youth (Page 7 of 8)
