REV: 12-22-21 JB <br />1.Incorporate 90% Design Submittal review comments from, but not limited to the <br />City and from Telstar Instruments. <br />2.Prepare 90% Design Submittal consisting of complete plans, construction <br />documents including drawings, technical specifications and construction cost <br />estimates including site grading plan, cross-section details, electrical details, civil <br />details, mechanical and piping details, and catalogue cuts for any special <br />material/equipment proposed for use in the project. <br />3.Coordinate with City's SCADA consultant, Telstar Instruments, for the 90% design <br />of the PLC unit and control system programming. <br />Deliverables: <br />-Four (4) hard and digital (i.e. AutoCAD, PDF, Word) copies of the 90% basis of <br />engineering/basis of design report memorandum with City’s 60% comments <br />incorporated. <br />-Four (4) hard and digital, (i.e. AutoCAD, PDF) copies of sixty percent (90%) plan <br />set, technical specifications, and engineer’s construction cost estimate with City’s <br />60% comments incorporated. <br />-Minutes of meeting with City’s comments and resolution on any additional 60% <br />PSE submittal to proceed and complete 90% PSE submittal. <br />-All City comments and/or request for clarifications will be resolved for incorporation <br />into the 100% Design Submittal. <br />TASK 6 - FINAL DESIGN (100% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br />This task assumes that the City will thoroughly review and provide majority of the <br />comments during the 60% review and that the comments on 90% submittal will be <br />primarily associated with new items added as part of 90% submittal. This task will include <br />preparation of 100% Design Submittal with City’s approval and resolution of all comments <br />on 90% PSE submittal. The tasks include, but are not limited to: <br />1.Incorporate 90% Design Submittal review comments. <br />2.Prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete construction documents <br />including drawings, specifications and construction cost estimates. <br />3.The 100% Design Submittal will complete for signature and submitted to the City <br />for review and approval. <br />4.A marked set will be returned along with staff's comments and/or request for <br />clarifications for revision, if any. <br />Deliverables: <br />-One (1) set of full-size plans, specifications and estimate for the project bearing <br />the Consultant teams responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a <br />license expiration date. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.331/BKF Engineers (Sanitary Sewer Pump Station No. 8 and No. 9 Design) (Page 18 of 23)
