REV: 04-05-2022 RL <br />Current or draft performance goals, objectives, and measures <br />Mutual and automatic aid agreements. <br />2.2 Community Outcome Expectations <br />Consultant will review any identified community expectations and <br />performance goals relative to fire services, and also identify and describe <br />any differential expectations relative to existing fire protection services and <br />response performance as a result of the stakeholder listening interviews. <br />2.3 Community Risk Assessment <br />Consultant will conduct a comprehensive analysis of community risks including: <br />Identification of geographic sub-jurisdictional risk assessment planning <br />zones in collaboration with Department leadership <br />Identification of the values at risk to be protected within the service area <br />Identification of the natural and human-caused hazards with potential to <br />adversely impact the service area <br />Determination of probability of occurrence for each identified hazard by sub- <br />zone <br />Identification and evaluation of appropriate impact severity factors for each <br />identified hazard <br />Determination of overall risk by hazard for each planning zone. <br />2.4 Critical Task Analysis <br />Consultant will assist the Department in identifying the critical tasks for provision <br />of typical serious emergency medical services and building fire incident response. <br />Consultant will identify the number of Department personnel required to safely <br />conduct each task to achieve desired outcomes in these contexts. <br />2.5 Distribution Analysis <br />Consultant will use Esri ArcGIS software mapping tool to study the effectiveness <br />of existing station locations to understand the existing deployment system’s <br />performance and evaluate potential deployment enhancement by risk type in <br />different station zones resulting from potential relocation of existing station <br />locations. Consultant’s sub-contractor, BERK Consulting, will prepare the GIS <br />maps, including a comparison of expected travel time coverage from each existing <br />or potential station location during periods of standard traffic conditions and during <br />periods of anticipated traffic congestion. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.063/Citygate Associates, LLC (Page 14 of 18)
