REV: 04-05-2022 RL <br />2.6 Concentration Analysis <br />Consultant will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the Department’s capability <br />to assemble an Effective Response Force (ERF) to resolve more serious or <br />complex situations using the same Esri ArcGIS software mapping tool. <br />2.7 Reliability and Historical Response Effectiveness Analysis <br />Consultant will utilize StatsFD™ software, through Consultant’s sub-contractor, <br />Animated Data, to provide a comprehensive statistical analysis of: <br />Current workload of each company, including unit-hour utilization <br />Actual or estimated failure rates of individual companies <br />Concurrent service demand and operational impacts <br />Historical response performance components <br />Mutual and automatic aid provided and received <br />2.8 Overall Deployment Evaluation <br />Consultant will provide an overall deployment analysis summary with <br />recommended performance objectives by risk type, including measures and <br />compliance methodologies that best align with recognized industry best <br />practices, community expectations, and current and prospective future <br />Department resources <br />Consultant will identify areas that are underserved, inefficient, or over- <br />covered <br />Consultant will identify how potential future building and development <br />projects may impact the Department’s current deployment strategy <br />Consultant will compare the Department to other urban cities similar in size, <br />including staffing levels, call types and volume, and services provided, and <br />Consultant will examine opportunities to modify the Department’s service <br />approaches to contain costs. Consultant will obtain approval from the Fire <br />Chief or designee of the list of cities to be used for comparisons. <br />Consultant will identify current deployment, areas for improvement, and <br />comparative analysis to industry best practices. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.063/Citygate Associates, LLC (Page 15 of 18)
