Materials <br />prepared as part of other tasks will also be used. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (I) workshop for each site for a total of three (3) in person or virtual per Task C.I <br />• Support materials, PowerPoint, summary of workshop results <br />Subtask C.7: Presentation Workshops — Concept Plan Alternatives <br />Consultant will present concept plan alternatives for park, trail, and connectivity <br />improvements for each site on separate days to maximize focused input, while <br />maintaining context. Alternatives will be presented for each site as stipulated in Task D. <br />Workshops to be held in the evening during the week and/or a Saturday afternoon if <br />appropriate. All materials for the presentations will be provided from the Task D <br />deliverables. Presentation workshops will be planned to be interactive to collect <br />meaningful input on the alternatives. Feedback from these workshops will be brought <br />forward to the Council/Commission study sessions. <br />Deliverables: <br />One (1) presentation workshop for each park site for a total of three (3) <br />Summary of workshop results <br />Subtask C.8: Presentation Workshops — Preferred Plans <br />Consultant will present the refined preferred plans for each site and explain the CEQA <br />process (scoping meeting). Workshops will be planned to be interactive to collect <br />meaningful input from the community on the preferred plans. Feedback from these <br />workshops will be brought forward to the Council/Commission presentations. Materials <br />for the presentation workshop will be provided. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (1) presentation for each park site for a total of three (3) summary of workshop results <br />■ Provide native files <br />Subtask C.9: Online Surveys and Social Media Promotions <br />Consultant will prepare online surveys (with precedent/example images) using platforms <br />such as Google Survey or Survey Monkey. Each community workshop may be followed <br />by an online survey to collect feedback from community members unable to attend the <br />virtual or in person meetings. Consultant will work with City staff to prepare the content <br />(questions and supporting imagery, if needed) for the surveys. Surveys will be focused, <br />multiple choice format (not narrative or long open-ended questions). Summarize and <br />analyze results of online surveys. Consultant will develop a social media post to promote <br />each community outreach event and the online surveys. Consultant will work with City <br />staff (project manager and social media/website coordinators) to develop the written <br />content for each post.
