■ One (I) overall plan for Redwood Creek Trail - exhibit shows all adjacent property owners <br />involved in easement discussions; includes alternatives for specific areas such as overlooks and <br />exercise stations (two sheets) <br />■ One (1) conceptual downtown open space connectivity map and wayfinding concept plan or <br />image board <br />• One (1) Bay Trail connectivity exhibit <br />One (1) event map/heat map <br />• Three (3) precedent image boards to accompany concepts <br />■ Provide native files <br />Subtask D.2: Preferred Plans <br />Based on feedback from City Council, Advisory Committee, City staff, and the robust <br />community outreach process, Consultant will prepare a single preferred plan for each <br />park (2) featuring a blending of the most supported features of the concept alternatives <br />for all park facilities. Consultant will prepare refined plan for the Redwood Creek trail <br />area. Consultant will refine the Conceptual Downtown open space connectivity map. The <br />preferred plans will be the draft -final plan to be reviewed by the City, showing all protected <br />existing features as well as planned improvements. Consultant will illustrate the preferred <br />plan for each park in an overall design concept, supported by character imagery, <br />diagrams, and/or illustrated vignettes. The Preferred Plan graphics will provide more <br />detail than shown in the Alternative Concept Plans. Consultant will consult with City staff <br />to select perspective sketch views. <br />Deliverables: <br />• One (I) color illustrative preferred plan for park site - Lot A <br />• One (I) color illustrative preferred plan for the downtown parking lot park site <br />■ One (1) color illustrative refined overall plan for Redwood Creek Trail - includes refinements for <br />preferred alternatives for specific areas <br />• One (I) color illustrative revised conceptual downtown open space connectivity map <br />• One (1) Bay Trail Connectivity exhibit and Wayfinding Plan <br />• One (1) event map/heat map exhibit <br />• One (I) image board to accompany each preferred plan for a total of three (3) <br />• One (I) colors and materials board (1 1'°x17" max) <br />• Two (2) perspective sketches for each site for a total of six (6) sketches <br />■ Provide native files <br />Subtask D.3: Design Development — Lot A <br />Given the priority schedule for Lot A, the design will be advanced earlier than the other <br />sites. This task will develop the park design concept shown in the Preferred Plan to a <br />more detailed level. This task will provide for a more detailed CEQA analysis. The task <br />will include plans for grading, horizontal control, draft construction details, planting, and <br />irrigation as well as storm water management. The plans will be developed to a 30% level <br />for construction.
