Cost statements for a master plan or concept <br />plan will be done at a planning level for high-level budget purposes. The cost statements <br />do not represent estimates of construction cost due to the limited detail available in the <br />master plan. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Draft preliminary cost statement for conceptual infrastructure and major amenities at both <br />park sites and the Redwood Creek trail based on the Preferred Plans for each of three (3) sites <br />prepared in Subtask D.2. Cost statements for the three sites will be prepared concurrently <br />Subtask DAII: Design Development Probable Cost Statement — Lot A <br />Consultant will prepare probable cost statements for major line item improvements for Lot <br />A based on design development plans. This will be a more detailed estimate of <br />construction costs based on 30% design plans that show a greater level of detail including <br />grading, material selections, planting plans, etc. <br />Deliverables: <br />■ Design development level probable cost statement based on 30% design development plans for <br />Lot A <br />Subtask D.5: Project Description — Preferred Plan and Design Development Plan -Lot A <br />Consultant will prepare a written project description with supporting graphics (from above <br />tasks) to be provided to Subconsultant for the basis of the CEQA document (IS/MND). <br />This task will be coordinated with the information contained in the optional report (Subtask <br />D.7).
