Cost statements for a master plan or concept plan will be done at a planning level for high-level budget purposes. The cost statements do not represent estimates of construction cost due to the limited detail available in the master plan. Deliverables: • Draft preliminary cost statement for conceptual infrastructure and major amenities at both park sites and the Redwood Creek trail based on the Preferred Plans for each of three (3) sites prepared in Subtask D.2. Cost statements for the three sites will be prepared concurrently Subtask DAII: Design Development Probable Cost Statement — Lot A Consultant will prepare probable cost statements for major line item improvements for Lot A based on design development plans. This will be a more detailed estimate of construction costs based on 30% design plans that show a greater level of detail including grading, material selections, planting plans, etc. Deliverables: ■ Design development level probable cost statement based on 30% design development plans for Lot A Subtask D.5: Project Description — Preferred Plan and Design Development Plan -Lot A Consultant will prepare a written project description with supporting graphics (from above tasks) to be provided to Subconsultant for the basis of the CEQA document (IS/MND). This task will be coordinated with the information contained in the optional report (Subtask D.7). This will be focused on Lot A, due to project schedule and priority.
