• Summary of Preferred Plans including any changes of use for evaluation in the CEQA document <br />Subtask D.6: Planning Entitlement Package — Lot A <br />Consultant will prepare Use Permit application materials for processing concurrently with <br />the CEQA document. It is assumed that many of the required plans and reports will be <br />prepared as deliverables in other tasks such as Preferred Plan, Design Development Plan <br />and IS/MND document. It is further assumed that this application will be filed and <br />processed prior to start of construction documents. Consultant will work with City staff <br />project team to prepare the Project Data Sheet, Project narrative, and Response to <br />Findings. <br />Deliverables: <br />■ Complete City forms (Project data sheet, Response to findings, Project narrative), file <br />application, coordinate with City staff <br />Task E: Environmental Analysis- CEQA Document IS MND -Lot A <br />Subtask E.1: IS/MND <br />Consultant will manage a City approved subconsultant to provide services outlined below. <br />Consultant cannot substitute the subconsultant without the City's approval in writing. <br />The subconsultant's work associated with Task E is more particularly described in <br />Attachment 1 to this Exhibit A. <br />Task F: Final Desian Construction Documents — Lot A <br />Consultant will prepare Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the City - <br />approved Preferred Park Design for Lot A. All construction drawings will be prepared <br />using the City's most current version of AutoCAD. As part of the development of the <br />construction documentation package, they will coordinate with the City and environmental <br />consultant to design soil and planting details and incorporate the site management plan <br />into the documentation package.
