• Summary of Preferred Plans including any changes of use for evaluation in the CEQA document Subtask D.6: Planning Entitlement Package — Lot A Consultant will prepare Use Permit application materials for processing concurrently with the CEQA document. It is assumed that many of the required plans and reports will be prepared as deliverables in other tasks such as Preferred Plan, Design Development Plan and IS/MND document. It is further assumed that this application will be filed and processed prior to start of construction documents. Consultant will work with City staff project team to prepare the Project Data Sheet, Project narrative, and Response to Findings. Deliverables: ■ Complete City forms (Project data sheet, Response to findings, Project narrative), file application, coordinate with City staff Task E: Environmental Analysis- CEQA Document IS MND -Lot A Subtask E.1: IS/MND Consultant will manage a City approved subconsultant to provide services outlined below. Consultant cannot substitute the subconsultant without the City's approval in writing. The subconsultant's work associated with Task E is more particularly described in Attachment 1 to this Exhibit A. Task F: Final Desian Construction Documents — Lot A Consultant will prepare Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for the City - approved Preferred Park Design for Lot A. All construction drawings will be prepared using the City's most current version of AutoCAD. As part of the development of the construction documentation package, they will coordinate with the City and environmental consultant to design soil and planting details and incorporate the site management plan into the documentation package. The contents of the PS&E package will be as follows: • Demolition plan • Construction keynote plan • Horizontal control plan • Grading and drainage plan • Stormwater management plan • Erosion control plan • Utility plan • Electrical plans and details • Construction details • Irrigation plans and details • Water calculations per City's water efficient landscape ordinance ■ Planting plans and details • Structural plans and details ■ Technical specifications (City standard boilerplate and general/technical CSI format) • Construction cost opinion REV: 08-04-2021 RL ATTY/AGR 2021.207/RRM (Downtown Parks and Bay Connectivity Project) (Page 19 of 32)
