Sub - <br />consultants may support Subconsultant in addressing specific topical areas. Each <br />technical report will be focused on addressing CEQA thresholds and identifying <br />appropriate avoidance and/or mitigation strategies. Subconsultant will incorporate the <br />findings of the technical reports into the appropriate CEQA sections. <br />Deliverables: <br />■ Lot A - Arborist Report <br />• Lot A - Section 106 Compliance if there are impacts to historic structures <br />• Lot A — Circulation and parking evaluation <br />Preliminary Cultural Resources Report for Park <br />• Noise evaluation, depends on park programming and proposed noise generating <br />activities <br />• Recreation Report, document the benefits of the Lot A park <br />• Traffic/ Parking Report — Update Parking memo, address VMT and LOS if attractions are <br />proposed <br />■ Utilities evaluations — by Consultant as part of design development for Lot A. <br />• Draft and Final technical reports <br />• Internal review and comment before forwarding to City/ Consultant for comment. <br />Subtask E.5: Prepare Administrative Draft IS/MND <br />Subconsultant will prepare an Administrative Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration (IS/MND) for the proposed project/program utilizing the Appendix G <br />REV: 08-04-2021 RL <br />ATTY/AGR 2021.207/RRM (Downtown Parks and Bay Connectivity Project) (Page 28 of 32) <br />
