The report shall also <br />include a work plan of next steps for City Staff to help guide future planning, design, and <br />implementation. <br />Deliverables <br />Consultant shall provide City Staff a draft study report in Word format for City <br />Staff review, as well as source files, including GIS layers and cost estimating <br />spreadsheets. <br />Report Review Meeting: Consultant shall discuss the results of the study as <br />synthesized in the Study report and discuss potential next steps. <br />Consultant shall prepare a final Study Report in Portable Document Format <br />(“PDF”) by addressing all City Staff comments on the draft report and during the <br />discussion during the Report Review meeting. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.381/Environmental Science Associates (Page 14 of 17)
