REV: 11-09-23 VR <br />with the City. <br />(1) Based upon the mutually agreed upon program, schedule and construction budget <br />requirements, AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall prepare, for approval by the City, <br />Design Development Documents consisting of drawings and other documents <br />illustrating the scale and relationship of the spray ground project components. Design <br />Development Phase deliverables shall include the following: <br />(a) Conceptual site plan. <br />(b) Elevations of spray ground for conceptual site plan. <br />(c) Cut sheets for proposed play elements. <br />(d) Upon City review of conceptual site plan, AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall make <br />revisions necessary to develop the final site plan. <br />(e) AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall provide the City with the building and <br />infrastructure requirements, including design criteria, as needed to service the spray <br />ground equipment, including: <br />(i) Spray ground equipment room dimensions. <br />(ii) Spray ground balance tank dimensions. <br />(iii)AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall submit to the City an estimate of probable <br />construction costs based upon current area, volume, or other unit costs. <br />ii) 50% Construction Documents Phase: <br />(1) Based upon the approved Design Development Documents and any adjustments <br />authorized by the City in the program, schedule or construction budget, AQUATICS SUB- <br />CONSULTANT shall prepare, for approval by the City, 50% Construction Documents <br />consisting of drawings and other documents to fix and describe the size and character of <br />the project as to spray ground architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical <br />systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate. 50% Construction <br />Documents Phase deliverables shall include the following: <br />(a) Spray ground plan views. <br />(b) Spray ground longitudinal and cross-sections. <br />(c) Spray ground finish details. <br />(d) Spray ground play equipment and details. <br />(e) Outline specifications in CSI format. <br />(2) AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall provide the City with building and infrastructure <br />requirements, including design criteria, as needed to service the spray ground <br />equipment, including: <br />(a) Sanitary/storm sewer requirements and points of connection. <br />(b) Domestic water requirements and points of connection. <br />(c) Natural gas (if required) requirements and points of connection. <br />(d) Electrical requirements and points of connection for spray ground equipment. <br />(e) AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall submit to the City an estimate of probable <br />construction costs based upon current area, volume, or other unit costs. <br />(f) AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall assist the City in connection with the City’s <br />responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental <br />authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The City shall bear primary <br />responsibility for approvals from governmental authorities having jurisdiction over <br />the Project. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.
