REV: 11-09-23 VR <br />(3) 90% and 100% Construction Documents and Final Bid Set Phases: <br />(a) Based upon the approved 50% Construction Documents and any further <br />adjustments in the scope or quality of the Project or in the construction budget <br />authorized by the City, AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall prepare, for approval by <br />the City, 90% and 100% Construction Documents consisting of Drawings and <br />Specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for construction of the spray <br />ground. 90% and 100% Construction Documents Phase deliverables shall include the <br />following: <br />(i) Architectural Drawings: <br />1. Site plan detailing spray ground components. <br />2. Spray ground plan views. <br />3. Spray ground elevations and sections. <br />4. Miscellaneous spray ground details. <br />(ii) Structural Drawings: <br />1. Spray ground / surge tank structural sections. <br />2. Spray ground wet deck construction sections. <br />3. Spray ground wet deck details. <br />4. Spray ground / surge tank reinforcement schedules. <br />5. Miscellaneous spray ground structural details. <br />(iii) Mechanical Drawings: <br />1. Spray ground piping plan. <br />2. Spray ground mechanical equipment piping plan. <br />3. Miscellaneous spray ground mechanical details. <br />(iv) Electrical Drawings: <br />1. Spray ground equipment wiring plan. <br />2. Spray ground electrical panel schedule. <br />3. Miscellaneous spray ground electrical details. <br />(v) Miscellaneous: <br />1. Spray ground / surge tank structural calculations. <br />2. Final form spray ground technical specifications in CSI format. <br />3. Spray ground deck drains details. <br />(b) AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall provide detailed cost comparisons of water <br />features for spray ground areas. <br />i.Task 4 Budget: $78,650 <br />e)Task 5: Electrical Engineering Scope of Work (50%, 90% and 100% PS&E) <br />i) Consultant shall subcontract with a qualified electrical engineering firm for all electrical <br />related project needs. The qualified electrical sub-consultant shall provide services as <br />hereinafter described to assist the City in the detailed design and engineering of the site <br />lighting and electrical engineering components: <br />ii) New electrical service & coordination with PG&E. <br />iii) Design site lighting for the entire site per the information provided. <br />iv) Prepare photometric analysis for City’s review. <br />v) Construction documents will depict site lighting design for public spaces, pedestrian <br />pathways and parking lot areas. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.
