REV: 11-09-23 VR <br />vi) Assist in specifying lighting fixtures, preparing photometric analyses, and designing controls. <br />vii) Ascertaining and planning for power needs to the mechanical and restroom buildings per <br />information provided. <br />viii)Ascertaining and planning for power needs to various other site amenities and equipment <br />onsite. <br />ix) Egress lighting at outdoor stage area and fire alarm design at restroom buildings as may be <br />required by DSA / local codes. <br />x) Prepare electrical engineering detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates at <br />50%, 90% & 100% submittals. <br />xi) Construction details and applicable calculations for DSA/local AHJ review and approval. <br />xii) Assist City with bidding and construction support activities related to addenda creation, <br />RFI responses, and submittal review. <br />xiii) Anticipate (2) site visits to the project site per landscape architects’ / City’s direction. <br />xiv) Provide submittal reviews as requested at various milestones. <br />Task 5 Budget: $26,400 <br />f)DEPARTMENT OF STATE ARCHITECT REVIEW PHASE: <br />i) AQUATICS SUB-CONSULTANT shall assist the City in connection with the City’s responsibility <br />for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having <br />jurisdiction over the Project. The City shall bear primary responsibility for approvals from <br />governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />ii) ELECTRICAL SUB-CONSULTANT shall assist the City in connection with the City’s <br />responsibility for filing documents required for the approval of governmental authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the Project. The City shall bear primary responsibility for approvals <br />from governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />iii) Consultant shall assist the City in connection with the City’s responsibility for filing <br />documents required for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over <br />the Project. The City shall bear primary responsibility for approvals from governmental <br />authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />(a) Scope of work includes incorporating up-to two (2) rounds of DSA revisions to <br />construction documents to assist City with securing building permits. <br />DSA Approval Phase Cost: Included in Costs above. <br />g)Task 6: PERMITTING / BID/ NEGOTIATION PHASE <br />(1) Considering final review and any plan check comments from DSA and City staff, the <br />design team will revise the construction documents, and furnish signed reproducible <br />copies of the bid documents (plans, technical specifications and final estimates) to the <br />City ready for reproduction and binding for bidding. Consultant and their Sub- <br />consultants, following the City approval of the 100% Construction Documents and the <br />latest estimate of probable construction costs, shall assist the City in obtaining bids or <br />negotiated proposals and assist in awarding and preparing contracts for construction. <br />Services by Contractors or Sub-consultants during this phase to include: <br />ii) Assist City with coordinating bidding procedures and schedules. <br />iii) Assist City with contacting potential bidders. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.
