REV: 10-05-2022 VR <br />Works Director or designee for repair, cleanup, and adjustment to the injection <br />pressure and flow rate and/or an alternate push probe location. <br />Technical information required to execute the injections are summarized in Exhibit <br />C (Injection Emplacement Area Maps) and Exhibit D (Table 1 and Table 2). <br />1.5. Site Restoration <br />Following completion of all injection activities and other site work, Consultant shall <br />restore project work areas to pre-construction conditions, matching existing hardscape <br />or landscape surface material type and patching/repairing in-kind. Parking lot asphalt <br />pavement and concrete parking stops within site that need to be repaired or replaced <br />shall conform to all applicable City standard plans and property owner requirements. <br />Walkways and landscape areas shall be repaired or replaced, if necessary. Consultant <br />shall abandon injection boreholes according to County of San Mateo guidelines and as <br />required by a County inspector. Consultant shall not demobilize from the site until site <br />restoration is completed and approved by the Public Works Director or designee. <br />1.6. Demobilization and Waste Management <br />Consultant shall be responsible for demobilization. This shall include all activities for <br />transportation of project-related personnel, equipment, and supplies from the site at the <br />completion of site work, including the disassembly and removal of equipment, and the <br />removal of any temporary facilities approved by the Public Works Director or designee <br />for use within the designated Staging Area. <br />Consultant shall containerize in Department of Transportation-approved containers, <br />such as 55-gallon steel drums, any incidental drill cuttings, hand augered soil and other <br />wastes associated with the project. The containers shall be appropriately labeled with <br />respect to their contents, date generated, site address, and generator information. The <br />containers shall be temporarily stored at the designated on-site secured equipment <br />staging area. The Public Works Director, his designee or City-designated representative <br />will collect appropriate waste characterization samples. Following waste <br />characterization by and coordination with the Public Works Director, his designee, or <br />City-designated representative, Consultant shall be responsible for waste disposal and <br />removal from work site to an authorized disposal company. Containers shall be disposed <br />of by a California-licensed waste disposal company in accordance with applicable laws <br />and regulations. <br />Consultant shall also dispose or remove any leftover reagents or general waste from the <br />Site according to applicable laws and regulations. <br />1.7. Consultant’s Report <br />Consultant shall prepare and submit a summary report to the Public Works Director or <br />designee within 14 calendar days of completing the PRB and ERB injection fieldwork. <br />The data obtained from the work shall be tabulated by the Consultant for review and <br />evaluation of the PRB and ERB program. <br />The Consultant’s Report shall include, but not be limited to, the following items: <br />•A summary report detailing the work performed and any variations from the <br />scope and specifications as detailed in the RFP <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.348/Regenesis Bioremediation Products (Page 19 of 34)
