Holidays <br />Consultant shall not perform work on the following designated holidays: <br />January 1 (New Year's Day) <br />The third Monday in January (Martin Luther King's Birthday) <br />The third Monday in February (President’s Day) <br />The last Monday in May (Memorial Day) <br />June 19 (Juneteenth) <br />July 4 (Independence Day) <br />The first Monday in September (Labor Day) <br />November 11 (Veterans' Day) <br />The Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day <br />The fourth Thursday in November (Thanksgiving Day) <br />The day after Thanksgiving Day <br />December 24 (Christmas Eve) <br />December 25 (Christmas Day) <br />December 31 (New Year’s Eve) <br />When a designated holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be a designated <br />holiday. When Christmas or New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday or Monday the preceding <br />Friday will be a holiday. Regardless of the day of the week, no work shall be permitted on <br />December 24th. <br />II. PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />Consultant shall follow the project schedule included in Exhibit “E”, which may be amended after <br />approval from the Public Works Director or designee.
